“Camp is a woman walking around in a dress made of three million feathers.” —Susan Sontag, 1964
Spoken by Marc Jacobs
New York has been on the top of my list to travel since the day I have moved to states from India. Being the fashion capital,New York always got my attention. This city has influenced fashion throughout world.Another fun fact to visit New York was The Metropolitan Museum of Art where The Costume Institute Exhibition 2019 CAMP: Notes on Fashion was live. This had to be the first thing to see in New York and of course I booked my tickets already. The exhibition was a visual treat for designers and fashion enthusiasts. It was like a beautiful artistic movie dating back to the most historic and progressive artworks from the most renowned fashion designers depicting CAMP in its best possible way.
Below are the few pictures taken by me from inside the museum:

That’s it for the CAMP-ING guys. But New York has so much more to offer. From the impeccable views up above the empire state building to eating street food at the famous The Halal Guys in Times Square, New York has it all. For mouth-watering desserts, cozy and historic ambiance, Serendipity 3 was holy. The Press Lounge and Le Bain are two rooftop bars with one of the most amazing night views where you can treat your taste buds with yummy food with a glass of wine. The Central Park, Brooklyn Bridge, Natural History Museum, 5th Ave fashion street, Madam Tussaud & Grand Central Terminal and with so many other destinations New York makes an endless list of site hopping.
